The founder of Alamo Janitorial, Spencer, is dedicated to building a team that is foundational in commitment, compassion, & competence. After serving in the military, Spencer laid his roots in the great city of San Antonio in 2014 & continues to enjoy seeing the city grow. After graduating from the University of the Incarnate Word as a Registered Nurse, Spencer decided to take on a new challenge & build a business that not only provides great services, but one that truly values the dedicated employees who drive the engine in any service-based business. Spencer believes that it takes a team of dedicated professionals to build something that is truly special & long-lasting. He continues to hand pick each & every team member whose values align with those of himself & the business to ensure we never lose sight of the mission we are on together: to provide high-quality, consistent, & thorough janitorial services for the facilities that make up San Antonio & the special place it is.
